Shock freezing
IQF shock freezing of berries, fruits and vegetables is a process in which a sharp drop in temperature occurs within a short period of time, thanks to which the product preserves its internal structure without damage. The tunnel of shock freezing maximally preserves nutritional properties, aroma and taste, prevents oxidation, and significantly reduces the amount of frostbite. We use an advance UNIDEX shock tunnel with a capacity of up to 3.5 tons/hour.

Static freezing
if the freezing volume is less than 1 ton/hour, we recommend using static freezing in chambers equipped with a shock-freezer at a temperature of -35-42°С. The freezing process takes 3-4 hours, this method is cheaper and ideal for small supplies of raw materials. The production capacity of Fruktona allows static freezing of up to 75 tons of raw materials per day
